Forget Me Not

All of the photographs and the sketch used on this cover are the original artwork of the author, Col. Rube Waddell. My job on this project was to coordinate the artwork and photography into an interesting cover design, provide the special effects fonts, and the infinity symbol. It was definitely a team effort, which I could not have accomplished without his contributions.

Forget Me Not by Col. Donald “Rube” Waddell is a fascinating manuscript written in 1992 during the resurgence of POW/MIA efforts demanding a full accounting of all missing airmen. Waddell considers this manuscript an obligation to fellow pilots who were lost, and to their families. Many military families had their lives shattered by this conflict and still go about their daily lives without knowing what happened to their loved ones. Waddell hopes that this manuscript will flame the fire for the continued full accounting of all missing MIAs in South East Asia and offer some final closure for those shattered lives.
